The special atmosphere, aroma and sound in a wood-heated sauna makes for very pleasant 'traditional' sauna-bathing; of course woodburners are essential where there is no suitable electrical supply.

This woodburner is rated to heat saunas from 4.5 to 13 cubic metres.

It produces very even heating with highly efficient air circulation, and is supplied complete with 40kgs of Genuine Finnish Sauna Stones.

(Larger models are available to special order, as are water heaters, etc).

Notes:
Woodburners are ideally suited to larger, outdoor saunas; note that they may be difficult and/or expensive to fit to smaller saunas, or indoors.

If a wood-burning stove is to be fitted into an all-wood sauna cabin, additional measures will usually need to be taken to reduce risk of setting fire to the walls, ceiling, roof, internal fitments or floor.
