Need to replace a Control Panel? This section will help you to select the correct type from our range of Control Systems. All are quickly available from stock

Note that when replacing a Control Panel, the Sensor Unit (inside the Sauna) must also be replaced. Sensors are included with all our Control Panels.

YOU (AND WE) WILL NEED TO KNOW:

1) The Brand (manufacturer's name) and Model or Type number of the Control Panel - this information is usually easily found on the Panel itself

2) The Brand, Model or Type number, and kW power of the Sauna Stove being controlled - this will usually be found on the maker's plate on the stove (not on the Control Panel).

3) The type of electrical supply to the Control Panel - is it:
Single Phase (220-240 volt household-type supply)
or
Three-phase (380-415 volt commercial type)

4) The type of output to the Stove - is it by:
Just 3 wires (Live, Neutral and Earth only)
or
More than 3 wires - if so, how many and what type?

SELF-SELECTION:

If Brand of Control Panel or Stove is SAWO, refer to the appropriate section of our website where the product will be found, together with its Installation Manual (by download) The correct type of Control Panel will be mentioned in the product description for Stove, Panel, or both.

Important: Ensure correct Connecting Cable is used between Control Panel and Stove! Damage may be caused by use of incorrect cable - such damage is not covered by warranty. Click HERE to see full details of Connecting Cables

If supply is Single Phase, Stove is 8kW or below, and output by more than 3 wires, ASV3-15 Control Panel will usually be correct. This type can accept single-phase (3-wire) input; it must output to the stove by 7 wires (3x live, 3x neutral, 1x earth) It must not output to the Stove by 3 wires. Non-warrantable damage will result if output is by only 3 wires.

If supply is Single Phase, Stove is 9kW or below, and output by only 3 wires, type NOK33PS-1 Control Panel will usually be correct. This type accepts only single-phase (3-wire) input; it outputs to the stove by 3 wires (1x live, 1 x neutral, 1 x earth). Not suitable for 3-phase input. Not suitable over 9kW.

If supply is Three Phase and Stove is 15kW or below, ASV3-15 Control Panel will usually be correct. This type can accept three-phase input and will usually output in the correct configuration to suit the 3-phase stove being controlled.

If supply is Three Phase and Stove is over 15kW (max 24kW), ASV3-15 Control Panel with additional Power Unit will usually be correct. This type can accept three-phase input and will usually output in the correct configuration to suit the 3-phase stove being controlled.
