About our Terva 'Tar' essence (- this puzzles many!)
The essence of natural tar from the bark of certain Finnish pine trees is traditionally believed by many Finns to have almost magical curative properties - certainly its heady aroma is a firm favourite with all true Sauna enthusiasts...

There's an old Finnish saying about this terva 'tree tar':
"If it can't be cured by the Sauna, Tar, and Vodka - start digging!"
